Are you an experienced Network Automation professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, engaging with clients, and leading the delivery of enterprise automation solutions?

We're looking for a Senior Network Automation Consultant to work directly with enterprise customers, helping them define their automation strategy, build technology roadmaps, and deliver scalable automation platforms across complex multi-vendor environments.

This is a highly consultative role where you'll combine deep technical expertise with leadership, architecture, and customer engagement.

What You'll Do

As a trusted technical advisor, you'll:

  • Partner with customers to understand their business and technical challenges, translating requirements into practical automation strategies.
  • Develop automation roadmaps that align with clients' operational goals and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Lead technical workshops, architecture discussions, and discovery sessions with stakeholders ranging from engineers to senior leadership.
  • Design enterprise-scale automation solutions covering provisioning, configuration management, compliance, validation, and operational workflows.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout project delivery, directing and mentoring engineers while ensuring engineering excellence and best practice.
  • Guide customers through the adoption of Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, GitOps, and modern NetDevOps methodologies.
  • Define automation standards, reusable frameworks, and reference architectures.
  • Present technical solutions, documentation, and implementation plans to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery from discovery through to production.
  • Act as a trusted consultant, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and helping customers maximize the value of their automation investments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
