Are you a strategic supply chain leader with a passion for optimising logistics networks, driving efficiencies and delivering commercial results? We're looking for an experienced Network Capacity & Freight Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring our supply chain is equipped to support trading demand, seasonal peaks and commercial objectives.

This is a high-impact position where you will be accountable for inbound freight spend and network capacity planning supporting inbound volume and value aligned to the Weekly Sales, Stock & Intake (WSSI) plan.

Key Responsibilities

As Network Capacity & Freight Manager, you'll take ownership of leading the strategic planning and execution of network capacity. There is a requirement to be at our Coleshill site 3 days per week.

  • Lead weekly WSSI logistics reviews with Operations SLT
  • Identify and mitigate capacity risks, driving continuous improvement
  • Manage freight providers, tenders and contracts.
  • Optimise warehouse capacity, carrier performance, cost, service and stock flow across the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with Buying, Sampling, Finance, Distribution and Suppliers.

We're looking for a commercially minded professional who combines strategic thinking with strong operational execution.

  • Experience in retail supply chain, logistics, freight management, network planning and WSSI-driven operations
  • Strategic planning, analytical capability, negotiation, forecasting, financial management, leadership
