Seeking a senior, outcome-driven Network & Change Specialist (Senior Engineer / Technical Lead / Architect level) to operate in a regulated Financial Services environment. This role is hands-on, problem-solving focused, and requires strong technical depth combined with change and risk control expertise.

Key Responsibilities Own and deliver outcomes across enterprise and data centre networking, with security and compliance always in mind Control and execute risk-aware technical change, not just administer process Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues with a fix-the-problem mindset Coordinate effectively across upstream and downstream stakeholders in a politically complex environment Operate within formal change, risk, and governance frameworks

Requirements Required Experience Strong background in Financial Services and regulated environments Deep understanding of risk, risk assessments, and change control Proven experience with enterprise networking technologies (e.g. BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VXLAN / spine-leaf) Comfortable working under pressure in high-visibility environments Methodologies / Frameworks Experience with ITIL, PRINCE2, or comparable change / project / service management frameworks
