Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve network and energy performance metrics
- Drive energy optimization initiatives (diesel reduction, hybrid solutions, renewables)
- Analyze data and implement performance improvements
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams
Requirements
Key Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Telecom Engineering
- 8–12+ years of experience in telecom energy or network performance
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience with energy systems (generators, batteries, solar)
