About the Event
Helios Towers is hosting an exclusive recruitment summit to connect with African diaspora talent based in London for engineering and technical roles in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

Network & Energy Performance Engineering Lead
Role Purpose
Optimize network and energy performance across telecom tower infrastructure, focusing on efficiency, reliability, and cost reduction.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve network and energy performance metrics
- Drive energy optimization initiatives (diesel reduction, hybrid solutions, renewables)
- Analyze data and implement performance improvements
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams
Requirements
Key Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Telecom Engineering
- 8–12+ years of experience in telecom energy or network performance
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience with energy systems (generators, batteries, solar)
