Who are we looking for
As the Network Engineer you will be experienced in cloud-based tech and be abreast with emerging technologies, security, platforms and applications. Your impact will immediately affect the day-to-day operations and overall growth of the company.
Essential Skills
- Technical proficiency in network security knowledge, including Azure VPN, Azure Firewall, Azure vWAN, network monitoring, intrusion detection, web server security, Zero Trust and wireless security
- Strong Cisco experience (Switching, firewalls & Routers)
- Strong Meraki experience (Switches, Firewalls MX’s and WiFi).
- Day to day operations management of network-related incidents and service requests.
- Zero Trust Networking using Netskope ZTNA
- Network performance monitoring and improvements.
- Resolution or escalation of incidents and service requests within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Install and commission network infrastructure platforms including Switches, Routers, Firewalls and load balancers.
- Create and maintain accurate, clear and comprehensive network documentation.
- Provide 3rd line support, including out-of-hours support in critical incidents and participate in on-call support.
- Keep records up to date using Netbox
- Azure administration and deployment of resources
- Cisco Adaptive security, IDP appliances FMC
- Ethernet, Leased lines, Broadband
- DHCP, SNMP, ACS & Radius
- Troubleshooting of complex networking environments used in Motorsport including multicast

Would like to see
- Understanding of Azure data protection and security
- Azure features, including: Security Centre and Secure Score, ddos attack mitigation, Azure Front door, Azure Firewall, etc
- Basic skills in automation and compliance
- Understanding of Azure architecture, cloud platform services, application service environments, service fabric, Azure functions and Azure API management
- Professional level certification – CCNA / Azure Certification
- Administer network protocols and technologies including: BGP, OSPF, IPSEC,
- Fibre networks deployment and standards
- Knowledge of Storage Area Network implementation and management
- Understanding around VoIP concepts/protocols.
- Expertise with Infrastructure and/or Network Engineering Design
- Experience with Team Phone system
- Certificate Management

- Working well in a team environment
- Ability to interact professionally with all staff and suppliers
- Ability to manage priorities and workload
