About The Role
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Network Engineers to join our innovative training program designed to prepare participants for successful careers in networking and IT infrastructure. As a Network Engineer trainee, you will undergo intensive, instructor-led online training that covers essential networking concepts, practical skills, and industry-recognized certifications. No prior industry experience is required to enroll in this program. Basic understanding of computer systems and a genuine interest in networking and cybersecurity are advantageous but not mandatory. Responsibilities
As a participant in the Network Engineer training program, your responsibilities will include:
- Attending and actively participating in over 100 hours of live instructor-led online training sessions covering networking fundamentals, security protocols, cloud services, and more.
- Preparing for and passing four industry-recognized certifications: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, and Forescout FSCA, including resit opportunities if needed.
- Engaging in real-world project work to apply theoretical knowledge in practical scenarios, enhancing problem-solving and technical skills.
- Collaborating with peers and instructors to foster a supportive learning environment and troubleshoot network issues.
- Completing assessments and practical exercises to demonstrate competency and readiness for industry roles.
- Utilizing the support provided by Newto Training to connect with partner companies for potential employment opportunities upon course completion.
