About The Role

We are seeking motivated and dedicated Network Engineer trainees to join our comprehensive training program designed to prepare participants for a successful career in networking. This role is ideal for individuals looking to break into the IT industry, enhance their existing skills, or pivot their careers toward network management and security. As part of the program, you will undergo extensive instructor-led online training, gain industry-recognized certifications, and work on real-world projects that simulate actual workplace scenarios. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in live instructor-led online training sessions covering core networking concepts, protocols, and security measures.
  • Complete industry-recognized certifications including Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, and Forescout FSCA, with exam resit options included.
  • Engage in hands-on practical exercises and real-world project work to develop problem-solving skills and technical proficiency.
  • Collaborate with peers and instructors to enhance learning and troubleshoot network issues effectively.
  • Apply theoretical knowledge to simulated environments, preparing for real-world network management scenarios.
  • Prepare and undertake certification exams, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of networking principles.
  • Leverage the training and certifications to seek employment opportunities within partner companies.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning and professional development throughout the program.
