About The Role
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Network Engineers to join our dynamic training program designed to prepare individuals for successful careers in networking and IT infrastructure.

Qualifications
To be considered for this program, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Strong passion for technology
- Desire to build a career in networking
- Good communication skills
- Proactive attitude and ability to learn quickly
While prior industry experience is not required, applicants should have:
- A minimum educational background equivalent to a high school diploma (or equivalent preferred)
Candidates from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply, regardless of:
- Previous studies or work experience
- Any previous technical knowledge—comprehensive training will be provided
Responsibilities
As part of the training program, participants will engage in:
- Active participation in live instructor-led sessions
- Coursework completion
- Hands-on practical exercises focusing on:
- Network design
- Configuration
- Network security
- Troubleshooting
Candidates are expected to:
- Prepare for and pass industry-recognized certifications:
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
- CompTIA Network+
- Cisco CCNA
- Forescout FSCA (exam resits included)
- Develop soft skills, including:
- Communication
- Teamwork
- Problem-solving
Post-program, participants will:
- Collaborate with partner companies to secure employment opportunities
- Leverage their newly acquired skills and certifications
