Network Engineer – DV Cleared
Location: Berkshire
Working Pattern: 5 days per week on site
Engagement: Permanent or Contract
Clearance: Active DV Clearance required
Tektora are working with a client on a requirement for an experienced Network Engineer to support secure, high-profile infrastructure within a DV environment.
This role will suit someone with strong hands-on networking experience, particularly across Juniper and F5, who is comfortable working on site full time and contributing to complex secure network environments.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving secure network infrastructure, working closely with internal technical teams and wider stakeholders to ensure performance, resilience, and security across critical systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain secure network environments
- Work across Juniper networking technologies
- Configure, troubleshoot, and support F5 load balancing solutions
- Assist with network changes, upgrades, and incident resolution
- Provide technical input across design, implementation, and BAU support
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with secure environment requirements
- Work closely with infrastructure, security, and project teams
Key Skills & Experience
- Active DV Clearance
- Strong Network Engineering background
- Hands-on experience with Juniper
- Strong understanding of F5 / load balancing
- Experience working within secure or defence environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills across complex network infrastructure
- Comfortable working 5 days per week on site in Berkshire
- Open to permanent or contract opportunities

Desirable
- Experience across firewalls, routing, switching, and secure infrastructure
- Previous experience supporting MOD, defence, government, or national security environments
- Certifications such as JNCIS, JNCIP, CCNP, or equivalent
