About The Role
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Network Engineers to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology, networking, and cybersecurity who are eager to develop their skills and advance their careers in the IT industry. As a Network Engineer at Newto Training, you will undergo intensive training that combines theoretical knowledge with practical application. Upon successful completion of the program, including certifications such as Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, and Forescout FSCA, you will be supported in securing employment with our partner companies. Qualifications
While prior industry experience is not required, candidates should possess strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and a proactive attitude towards learning. A background in IT, computer science, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory. The ideal candidate should demonstrate enthusiasm for networking, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to undertake intensive training and certification programs. Basic understanding of computer systems and a keen interest in cybersecurity and network infrastructure will be beneficial for success in this role.
Responsibilities
As a Network Engineer trainee, your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in comprehensive online instructor-led training sessions
- Engaging in hands-on practical exercises
- Completing real-world projects designed to simulate industry scenarios
- Working towards obtaining multiple certifications, including Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, and Forescout FSCA, with exam resits included
- Applying your knowledge in real-world settings, supporting network infrastructure setup, troubleshooting, and security management within partner organizations
Post-training, your responsibilities will extend to:
- Supporting network infrastructure setup, troubleshooting, and security management within partner organizations
- Receiving mentorship and guidance to develop your technical skills, professional communication, and problem-solving capabilities, preparing you for a successful career in networking
