Role Description

- Strong skills in Network Engineering and Network Design for building, implementing, and optimizing scalable network solutions.
- Hands-on experience in Network Administration, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise network devices and services.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting complex network issues, using diagnostic tools and methodologies to restore service quickly.
- Working knowledge of Network Security principles and controls, such as firewalls, VPNs, access control, and segmentation.
- Experience with common networking technologies and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, Wi-Fi solutions).
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent practical experience are highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site with clients, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and document network changes and designs.
- Previous experience in managed services, data centre or enterprise environments, and familiarity with cloud or hybrid network architectures is an advantage.
