Key Responsibilities: Supporting network and security infrastructure Troubleshooting complex network issues, identifying network bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to ensure optimal network performance Optimizing network infrastructure to ensure maximum performance and scalability. Maintain accurate network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and inventory records Prepare regular reports on network performance, availability, and security Day-to-day patching, maintenance and operation of the above in secure environments Continual improvement of the systems based on changing demands Liaising with various departments within the business Coordinating with 3rd party suppliers and partners to support, maintain and implement these systems Qualifications Skills & Experience: Essential; Experience of enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN management Experience of Cisco, HPE, Aruba Experience of firewall technologies, particularly Fortinet. Experience of network monitoring, troubleshooting and management tools Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Desirable; Fortinet certification Aruba certification Additional Information You will be required to work fully on-site Mon-Fri This role requires participation in 24/7 On-call, which operates on a rotational basis. Must have the right to live and work in the UK. Due to our location, access to own transport is essential.
