Network Infrastructure Engineer

A well-established FinTech is looking for a Network Infrastructure Engineer to join their growing infrastructure team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a complex, enterprise-scale environment where you'll have genuine ownership, exposure to the latest technologies, and the chance to influence the future direction of the network.

You'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing a hybrid infrastructure spanning on-premise and cloud environments. From designing and maintaining Azure networking to managing Cisco Meraki switching, wireless and SD-WAN, alongside Palo Alto firewalls, you'll be involved in both day-to-day operations and a range of exciting infrastructure projects.

Beyond BAU support, you'll help deliver network upgrades, cloud connectivity improvements, automation initiatives and security enhancements, working closely with infrastructure and security teams to build a resilient, high-performing environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
