Network Infrastructure Engineer
A well-established FinTech is looking for a Network Infrastructure Engineer to join their growing infrastructure team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a complex, enterprise-scale environment where you'll have genuine ownership, exposure to the latest technologies, and the chance to influence the future direction of the network.
You'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing a hybrid infrastructure spanning on-premise and cloud environments. From designing and maintaining Azure networking to managing Cisco Meraki switching, wireless and SD-WAN, alongside Palo Alto firewalls, you'll be involved in both day-to-day operations and a range of exciting infrastructure projects.
Beyond BAU support, you'll help deliver network upgrades, cloud connectivity improvements, automation initiatives and security enhancements, working closely with infrastructure and security teams to build a resilient, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting and enhancing hybrid infrastructure spanning on-premise and cloud environments
- Designing and maintaining Azure networking
- Managing Cisco Meraki switching, wireless and SD-WAN
- Managing Palo Alto firewalls
- Involved in both day-to-day operations and infrastructure projects
- Helping deliver network upgrades, cloud connectivity improvements, automation initiatives and security enhancements
- Working closely with infrastructure and security teams
Requirements
- Strong networking background and commercial experience with Azure, Cisco Meraki and Palo Alto
- Knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP or OSPF, alongside Terraform, Windows Server, DNS and DHCP, would be highly beneficial
