Network & Infrastructure Security Analyst (AI Training)
About The Role
We're partnering with the world's leading AI research teams to build and train cutting-edge security AI systems — and we need experienced practitioners who know how real enterprise environments actually work.
As a Network & Infrastructure Security Analyst, you'll analyze realistic network and endpoint security scenarios, classify incidents and control failures, and help create the high-quality datasets that make AI-driven security systems smarter and more reliable. Your hands-on expertise is the signal that frontier AI needs.

Type: Hourly Contract
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Location: Fully Remote
What You'll Do
- Analyze network, endpoint, and email security scenarios across modern enterprise environments
- Review firewall, EDR, IAM, and infrastructure security cases to determine root causes and failure points
- Classify incidents, misconfigurations, and security control failures based on realistic operational data
- Create, label, and validate security training and evaluation datasets used to improve AI systems
- Clearly document findings, root cause analysis, and business impact in structured formats

Who You Are
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in network, infrastructure, or endpoint security roles
- Strong working knowledge of firewalls, EDR platforms, email security, IAM, SIEMs, and enterprise security tooling
- Deep understanding of how real organizations deploy, operate, and maintain security controls
- Ability to explain complex security issues clearly — root causes, attack paths, and business impact
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments

Nice to Have
- Experience with incident response, threat hunting, or security operations
- Familiarity with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, or CIS Controls
- Background in security architecture, red teaming, or vulnerability management
- Prior experience contributing to AI or data labeling projects
