Are you organised, analytical, and passionate about delivering exceptional service? Carousel Logistics is looking for a Network Operations Administrator to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting our Network Operations team.
About The Role
As a Network Operations Administrator, you will provide daily administrative and operational support to the Network Partner Manager, Head of Network Operations, and the wider business. You'll be responsible for delivering accurate, timely reporting and ensuring high levels of compliance across our Network Partners and internal stakeholders, helping to improve service quality, visibility, and operational performance throughout our network.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with our final-mile partners to ensure achievement of SLA and OTIF performance for our clients.
- Hold weekly and monthly performance meetings with network partners to ensure compliance and accountability.
- Ensure all transactional activities are completed in line with DANX Carousel procedures, including the use of digital devices, systems, and business processes.
- Capture operational variations and escalate where required in accordance with company processes.
- Support and guide partners in following standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with contractual targets through a logical and methodical approach.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing is recorded, submitted, and validated to support effective cost management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Network Operations team by identifying opportunities to add value.
- Promote a collaborative team culture by working flexibly and effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Provide practical solutions to operational challenges and business blockers.
- Support the Client Services team with operational queries and encourage thorough and accurate debriefs to enhance customer visibility and service delivery.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced operational environment.
You'll Ideally Have
- Strong data manipulation and analysis skills, with good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to solve problems calmly and effectively under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret multiple sources of operational data.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- The ability to hold network partners accountable for their performance.
- Experience interpreting KPIs and an understanding of how Network Operations influences operational performance (desirable).
- Flexibility to travel to partner locations when required.

Salary & Benefits
We believe in rewarding our people with a competitive package, including:
- Basic annual salary of £30,000 per annum.
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.
