Micheldever Tyre Services
Micheldever Tyre Services is looking for a proactive Network Partnerships Manager who is a strong communicator to be responsible for strategic development, commercial control, and operational performance of the national service network for our Fleet Solutions (MFS). You will be accountable to ensure the network is optimised to support business growth while maintaining cost control, compliance, and service excellence.
Location
Nationwide, frequent travel throughout the UK to Micheldever Group offices for meetings and external visits with MFS partners and service providers
Salary
£45-65k DOE
Must have
- Full UK Driving Licence. Held for at least 6 months (age restrictions may apply – points or offences may affect your application)

About the role
Reporting to the Head of MFS, the Network Partnerships Manager is a key leadership role within MFS. The successful candidate will:
- Own, develop and deliver the MFS network strategy and ongoing maintenance
- Drive and partner to reduce reliance on non-aligned service providers
- Manage commercial Control and Cost Management, analysing reporting and drive cost improvements
- Drive performance through MI reporting, scorecards, KPI’s, audit processes and governance controls
- Ensure compliance with standards, policies and H&S
- Improve operation efficiency
- Build strong partner relationships, delivering comprehensive reporting and training materials to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide cross-functional leadership
About you
You will be a highly organised and detail-oriented person who is a strong communicator and influencer. Solutions-focused who can adapt in a fast-growth environment. The ideal candidate will:
- Be experienced in network or supplier management
- Be a strong commercial and analytical capability
- Have proven ability to drive performance through KPIs
- Have strong stakeholder management skills
- Ideally you will have Fleet, tyre or SMR experience or understanding of national service networks but this is not essential

About our company
Micheldever Tyre Services (MTS) was founded in 1972 as a part-time venture providing car servicing and tyres. Today, Micheldever Group is the fastest growing wholesaler, distributor and retailer of tyres in the UK, selling six million tyres nationwide, (20 percent of the total UK market) and employing approximately 2100 employees, companywide.
To support this business, we have built a wholesale distribution network of 14 sites around the UK supplying over 6,000 retailers and our own retail chain Protyre which is consistently growing. This is achieved by skilled, focused and determined teams across 1 central distribution and 13 warehouse operations nationwide.
