Job Description
What You’ll Do
We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you’ll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:
- Produce and distribute daily and weekly supply chain reports, ensuring stakeholders receive accurate and timely information.
- Maintain and update data across spreadsheets and supply chain systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Support network and supply chain planners by updating trackers, reports, and short-term planning data.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources to support volume, capacity, and operational performance reporting.
- Prepare weekly presentation packs and reporting materials for key business stakeholders.
- Assist with administrative and operational processes, including:
- Order tracking
- PO administration
- Data validation
- Issue escalation

Qualifications
What You’ll Bring

- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality reports.
- Proficiency in Excel, including:
- Formulas
- Sorting and filtering
- Pivot tables
- Confidence using PowerPoint to prepare clear and professional presentation materials.
- Experience with Alteryx (or willingness to learn); Alteryx knowledge is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to follow structured processes consistently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage routine, repetitive tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
