## About This Role
As a **Network Planning Assistant**, you’ll support our supply chain planners, working with global data to drive accuracy and performance. Whether you’re building reports, refining forecasting tools, or keeping check on operational flows, you’ll play a key role in keeping **Primark**’s 80,000+ colleagues powered by efficiency.

## **Key Responsibilities**
You’ll be the bridge between data and decision-making, ensuring our business flows smoothly and accurately:
- **Reporting & Analysis**
- Design and distribute daily and weekly supply chain reports with precise insights for leadership.
- Triple-check accuracy and timeliness to keep stakeholders informed.
- **Data Management**
- Maintain and update spreadsheets with meticulous attention to consistency and accuracy.
- Break down complex systems to validate data for safe decisions.
- **Foundation Support**
- Collaboratively update planning trackers, KPIs, and short-term forecasts with the planner team.
- Resolve inconsistencies and set up systems for smoother future planning.
- **CRTICAL Information Architectures**
- Pull and compile information from various databases to inform:
- Volume planning for operations.
- Capacity analyses for production and logistics.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**
- Compile weekly management decks with visual insights for executive meetings.
- Speak in clear, actionable language to support strategic planning discussions.
- **Process & System Work**
- Handle administrative back-office work as a logisticalpartner (PO management, tracking, data cleaning).
- Escalate issues and assist with process improvements.

Role Requirements
- Experience Entry-level roles benefit from enthusiasm and initiative, but you’ll thrive if you bring: A fervent commitment to quality and detail with training willingness.
- Core Competencies Excel mastery: macros, pivot tables, conditional formatting, cloud collaboration (Excel Offline or OneDrive). Reporting: convert raw data into concise summaries for schnitz team meetings Presentation Skills: confident PowerPoint or analogous tools to create flexible, fluent summaries. Ambition: eagerness to learn Alteryx (-existing knowledge is a plus).
- Soft Skills Team player willing to juggle requests, asking questions, and throughput systems. Army stand with a fast-paced, detail-oriented turnover.
