Role Description

The Network Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Rochester, responsible for developing and growing transport and pallet network sales across the south East. This role includes identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and preparing quotations and proposals that align with customer requirements and operational capabilities. The Network Sales Executive will collaborate with operations and planning teams to ensure service feasibility, pricing accuracy, and high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include:

Qualifications

  • Strong background in pallet network sales and the general haulage market.
  • Ability to identify and qualify new business opportunities, build relationships, and negotiate commercially sound agreements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and standard office software.
  • Understanding of transport operations, distribution networks, and pricing structures is highly desirable.
  • Comfort working on-site in Rochester, with flexibility to visit customer locations as required.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Relevant education or training in business, sales, logistics, or a related field; equivalent experience also considered.
