Network Scheduler

Location: Fareham – On-site Sector: Aerospace Manufacturing

About the Role

Copello is working with a leading aerospace manufacturer, renowned for engineering excellence. The company is undergoing a major transformation, including the relocation to a modern manufacturing facility to drive future growth and innovation.

This Network Scheduler role involves converting customer demand into an executable 0–3-month production plan across the manufacturing network, ensuring:

  • Material availability
  • Production readiness
  • Maximised demand fulfilment through robust scheduling and proactive risk management.

The position operates within the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) horizon, collaborating closely with Production Planning, Operations, Procurement, Customer Service, and Network Planning teams to maintain supply continuity, resolve constraints, and enhance short-term supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

Short-Term Scheduling & Demand Fulfilment

  • Plan internal and supplier demand fulfilment within a 12-week horizon to optimise clear-to-build plans.
  • Convert network-level supply plans into master production schedules for manufacturing sites and supplier networks.
  • Allocate production load distribution across plants and determine buying volumes to support plans.
  • Manage demand changes (e.g., new orders, cancellations, priority shifts) within S&OE windows.
  • Convert customer demand orders into repair plans as required.
  • Schedule and monitor M-order (repair) due dates, aligning with operational readiness.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
