Job Description
Join our organization as a Network Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and support secure, high-availability network services. You will partner with security, operations, and technical stakeholders to ensure our LAN/WAN connectivity remains reliable, compliant, and continuously optimized for performance.
Job Purpose
Deliver and maintain secure network infrastructure that meets agreed service levels (uptime, latency, and performance) while enforcing layered access controls and meeting security and compliance requirements. Ensure rapid incident resolution within SLA and improve operational efficiency through documentation and automation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Routing and switching (Cisco/Juniper)
- LAN/WAN, VLANs, OSPF/BGP basics
- Firewall and VPN (site-to-site)
- Network monitoring (SNMP, NetFlow)
- Troubleshooting (packet capture, logs)
- Automation (Ansible/Python basics)
- Documentation and process discipline
- Ability to work under pressure
- Clear communication with technical stakeholders

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
