About the Company
We are seeking experienced Network Security Engineer to join the enterprise network services team in London. The selected professionals will be responsible for ensuring operational stability, resilience, security, and compliance of enterprise network services within a global, highly regulated environment.
About the Role
This role requires strong hands-on expertise in enterprise networking, incident management, root cause analysis, network automation, and production-grade infrastructure support. The engineers will act as senior technical authorities and escalation points for critical incidents while partnering with architecture, security, and service management teams to deliver reliable and scalable network services.
Responsibilities
- Own operational stability, resilience, and compliance of enterprise network services in a global regulated environment
- Configure, deploy, and support enterprise network hardware including Infoblox and core network platforms
- Act as senior technical authority and escalation point for critical network incidents and service issues
- Perform root cause analysis, permanent remediation, and measurable reduction of repeat incidents
- Ensure safe, production-ready network changes through strong governance, risk control, and change discipline
- Embed design-for-run and reliability engineering standards into network services from inception
- Lead automation and standardization initiatives to improve resilience, recovery times, and operational efficiency
- Partner with Product, Architecture, Security, and Service Management teams to deliver scalable and reliable network services
- Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and technical standards for network services

Qualifications
Strong experience in enterprise network engineering and operations within large-scale environments
Required Skills
- Deep expertise in routing, switching, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, and network infrastructure management
- Hands-on experience with Checkpoint and F5 technologies
- Strong understanding of incident management, problem management, and production support processes
- Experience in regulated enterprise environments with strong compliance and governance requirements
- Knowledge of network automation, standardization, and service reliability engineering
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and drive long-term remediation
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Skills
- Experience working in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries
- Exposure to hybrid enterprise environments and global network operations
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIP, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent are desirable but not mandatory where hands-on experience is strong
Pay range and compensation package
