Job Title: Network Solutions Architect (Presales) – Cisco Enterprise Networking
Location: Local to London or Manchester
Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 + Bonus
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Solutions Architect (Presales) with expertise in Cisco’s Enterprise Networking portfolio to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in providing technical leadership during the presales process, engaging with clients to design cutting-edge network solutions, and responding to RFPs/RFIs to secure new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business needs and designing tailored Cisco Enterprise Networking solutions.
- Lead technical presales engagements, including presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstrations.
- Own and contribute to the RFP/RFI process, ensuring high-quality responses that meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with sales teams, providing technical expertise to drive deal closure.
- Stay up to date with Cisco’s latest networking products and technologies, ensuring solutions remain innovative and competitive.
- Work closely with vendors, partners, and internal teams to align solutions with best practices and industry standards.
- Provide thought leadership in networking trends such as software defined networking, automation, security, and cloud networking.

Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in a Network Solutions Architect / Presales role, specialising in Cisco Enterprise Networking.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies, including Catalyst, Nexus, SD-WAN, DNA Center, and ACI.
- Experience in responding to RFPs/RFIs, with excellent technical writing skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into business benefits.
- Cisco certifications such as CCNP, CCDP, or CCIE (Enterprise) are highly desirable.
- Experience in working with large enterprises and public sector clients is a plus.
