Network Support Analyst

Location: Bracknell
Hybrid
Duration: 12 month contract
Pay Type: Inside IR35

We're recruiting for a skilled Network Support Engineer to join a global enterprise environment, supporting a large-scale network infrastructure across multiple locations. This is a hands-on role focused on network operations, troubleshooting, incident management, and ensuring high availability across critical business services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents end-to-end.
  • Configure and support Cisco and Meraki networking technologies.
  • Manage major incidents and coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers.
  • Monitor network performance using network management tools.
  • Support DNS, DHCP, wireless networking, and SD-WAN environments.
  • Participate in an on-call rota.

Essential Skills

  • 3+ years' experience supporting enterprise network environments.
  • Strong Cisco IOS and Meraki experience.
  • Solid understanding of routing and switching technologies including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, NAT, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, SevOne, Nagios, or similar.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management.
  • CCNA or equivalent hands-on experience.

  • VMware knowledge.
  • Experience delivering network refresh or transformation projects.
