Title – L1/L2 Network Support
Location
Windsor & Branston, UK with occasional travel to sites in Europe like Frankfurt, Paris etc.

Routing Switching, networking experience mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support for network equipment, servers, and related infrastructure in data centers and office environments.
- Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, and DC networks
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of network infrastructure
- Perform physical tasks such as cabling, racking, stacking, and replacing hardware components.
- Assist in network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues, hardware failures, and configuration support under remote guidance.
- Execute smart hands activities, including power cycling, patching, and device resets as per instructions from NOC or engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of activities, incidents, and changes performed on-site.
- Coordinate with remote network operations teams to resolve escalated issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with customer security and operational standards during all activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- L1/L2 experience in network operations and support or data center environments.
- Strong understanding of networks infrastructure (TCP/IP, routing, switching and dynamic routing protocols).
- Hands-on experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and cabling standards.
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed technical instructions from remote teams.
- Ability to work independently on the deployments and transformations.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow and ITIL processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Certifications
- CCNA, CCNP and administrator level certification on other OEMs or equivalent networking certification.
- Data Center or hardware vendor certifications (e.g., Dell, Cisco, HP) are an advantage.
Work Environment
- On-site role at customer data centers and offices.
- May require flexible hours or on-call support for critical incidents.
