Network Technician | Cardiff

A well-established global supplier of new and refurbished networking equipment is looking for an experienced Network Technician to join the team and help maintain high quality standards before goods reach the customer.

What you'll be doing

  • Testing, configuring and troubleshooting networking equipment
  • Software upgrades and license installations
  • Building out the lab and setting up new test beds across manufacturers and platforms
  • Writing test procedures and testing optical transceiver products
  • Occasional UK field services, including installations, audits and decommissioning
  • Technical support to the sales team
  • Receiving, inventorying and dispatching equipment
