Job title: Network Wireless Engineer
Location: London – Full Time
Salary – Up to £50,000
We’re working with a growing London-based technology provider who are looking for a Level 2 Network Wireless Engineer to join their technical team.
This is a new role focused on supporting, troubleshooting and deploying wireless and network environments across commercial office, flexible workspace and multi-tenant building environments.
The business is looking for someone with strong practical Wi-Fi experience, ideally across Ruckus, Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti / UniFi (Don’t need experience with all)
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting customer Wi-Fi and wired network environments
- Troubleshooting wireless faults, signal issues and connectivity problems
- Working across access points, SSIDs, VLANs and switching
- Supporting Ruckus, Meraki and Ubiquiti / UniFi environments
- Assisting with wireless deployments, upgrades and site changes
- Investigating coverage, roaming and performance issues
- Supporting routers, switches, firewalls, DHCP, DNS and TCP/IP
- Carrying out customer-site support across London
- Working closely with senior engineers on escalations and projects
- Producing clear technical notes, site reports and documentation

- VLANs, switching, routing and connectivity troubleshooting
- Customer-facing technical support
- Site-based network support or installations
- Clear communication and strong documentation
