The Role: The Networker
The Networker will play a key role in driving ODCreate's growth strategy by identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and representing the company’s brand in the marketplace. This role requires a commercially driven and strategic thinker who is knowledgeable of the built environment, confident networking, and closing opportunities in line with our company vision and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a clear business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and support ODCreate's projected growth.
- Identify, research, and target new business opportunities across key commercial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to raise ODCreate's profile.
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to identify and implement sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns, case studies, and content to support business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of all business development activity through Hubspot CRM and tracking tools.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform business strategy.
- Represent ODCreate professionally and consistently to reflect our values and commitment to quality.
- Meet or exceed agreed sales and revenue targets.

Skills and Experience Required
- Proven track record in a business development, sales, or client-facing role (ideally in, design, or fit-out sectors).
- Strong understanding of the commercial property, design, or construction marketplace.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong networks and relationships.
- Strategic thinker with commercial awareness and a growth mindset.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM system experience preferred Hubspot/Salesforce
- Demonstration of opportunities to revenue
