Networking & Partnerships Manager

Location: London Office

Salary: £75,000 - £100,000 doe + Benefits

Build relationships that shape an industry.

We're working with an ambitious, fast-growing organisation that is making a real impact within the healthcare and public sector landscape. As they continue to expand, they're looking for a commercially minded Networking & Partnerships Manager to become the driving force behind their external relationships, industry presence and strategic network.

If you're someone who thrives on connecting people, opening doors and building influential relationships that create genuine business opportunities, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

The Opportunity

This is a highly visible role where you'll take ownership of developing and growing a network of industry experts, strategic partners, professional bodies and key stakeholders.

  • You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, creating meaningful introductions and positioning the business at the centre of important conversations across the healthcare and public sector sectors.
  • Working closely with senior leadership, marketing and events teams, you'll play a pivotal role in increasing market visibility, strengthening industry credibility and generating new commercial opportunities through relationship-led engagement.
  • No two days will be the same. One day you could be building relationships with influential sector experts, the next representing the business at conferences, roundtables and networking events, before bringing together stakeholders to create valuable new opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
