Are you an experienced Network Engineer looking for your next challenge within a mature MSP?
The KJL Group is seeking a talented Network Support Engineer to join our expanding networking team. Supporting clients across a number of sectors including automotive, education, finance, construction and retail, you'll work with a wide range of technologies and environments, helping organisations remain connected, operational and most importantly, Secure.
This role is ideally suited to a qualified and experienced Network Engineer with a minimum of five years' hands-on experience supporting and managing business network infrastructures. The successful candidate will enjoy working within a dynamic MSP environment, supporting a diverse range of clients, technologies, and projects, rather than being limited to a single in-house IT estate. Strong problem-solving skills, a customer-focused approach, and a genuine passion for networking technologies are essential.

Key Responsibilities Design, support and troubleshoot LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi environments Configure and maintain FortiGate firewalls and security solutions Support Cisco switching and routing infrastructures Manage VPN connectivity and site-to-site communications Deliver network upgrades, migrations and infrastructure projects Investigate and resolve complex network performance issues Produce and maintain technical documentation Work closely with our service desk, projects and cyber security teams
Essential Skills & Experience ✅ Minimum 5 years' experience in a Network Engineer or Network Support role
