About The Role
We are seeking a talented Mid-Level.NET / SQL Developer to join our dynamic team in Surrey. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, utilizing modern technologies to develop robust and scalable applications. You will be part of a collaborative Agile environment where your technical skills and innovative ideas will directly influence project success. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software solutions, primarily using.NET and SQL, with opportunities to mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of professional experience in software development, with a strong background in .NET and SQL technologies. A solid understanding of front-end frameworks such as Angular and TypeScript is essential. Experience with JavaScript, Entity Framework, and ASP.NET is required. Bonus skills include WPF, Kotlin, Jira, and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to learning and development. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using.NET Core / Framework, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement front-end features using Angular and TypeScript, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
