Neurodiversity Support Workers – Aberdeen
Salary: Starting at £23,401.95 progressing to £25,529.40 (pro rata)
Hours: Full time and Part time roles available
Please note that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role
Are you passionate about supporting neurodiverse children, young people, and adults? Do you want to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and their families? A-ND (www.a-nd.org.uk) is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Neurodiversity Support Workers (NDSW) to join our team in Aberdeen, with a base at our facilities in Carnie Drive, Aberdeen.
The Role
As a Neurodiversity Support Worker, you will provide direct, one-to-one support to neurodiverse children, young people, some adults, and their families. This role is both varied and rewarding, offering you the opportunity to engage in a wide range of activities, including:

- Home Care and Support: Delivering care, support and assistance within the homes, places of work or education of our children, young people, adults, and families within a 15-mile radius of our Aberdeen facilities.
- Playscheme and Clubs: Leading activities during weekends and school holidays, ensuring that children and young people have access to supportive and stimulating environments, based at our Aberdeen facilities.

Requirements
- A passion for working with neurodiverse individuals and a commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care and support. Must register with SSSC.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable and relevant qualifications, although full training will be provided.
