An exciting opportunity for an Administrator in the Neurosciences Department at Charing Cross Hospital
Working closely with consultants, healthcare professionals, and the wider administrative and clinical teams, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient delivery of Neurosciences services. This is a varied and rewarding position that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a high-quality service for patients and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling treatment and procedure appointments.
- Communicating with Patients.
- Information Systems.
- Teamwork.
- Establishing, maintaining, and monitoring excellent office and administrative systems.
- Supporting a large proportion of the NTU administration and bookings and is essential to the smooth running of the unit, particularly as the most senior of the two administrators.
About You
The successful candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to work to tight deadlines, communicate effectively with a wide range of people, and provide administrative support across the service.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, demonstrates a positive and flexible approach, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. Previous administrative experience within the NHS or healthcare setting is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
