Sales Design Consultant – Premium British Home Interiors
Area: South - London - within M25 (Postcodes: SE, E, N, UB, TW, KT)
Earnings: Uncapped earning potential – £40,000–£60,000+ OTE
Working Pattern: Flexible hours | Home-based | Self-employed
Neville Johnson is a leading British interiors brand with over 40 years of experience designing and crafting luxury bespoke fitted furniture and staircases. We are now expanding our national team and are looking for Sales Design Consultants who enjoy working with people, have a genuine interest in design, and are motivated by the opportunity to build a rewarding, flexible career.
The Role
You will meet homeowners in their homes, take time to understand their needs, lifestyle and vision, and create considered design solutions tailored to their space and budget. You’ll guide clients through the full process with clarity and honesty, from initial consultation through to final design and order.

This is a consultative, design-led sales role where relationships matter. You will be supported with comprehensive product, design and sales training, a strong brand reputation, and a consistent flow of qualified enquiries - allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.

What You’ll Need
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
