Torrens University Australia is offering scholarships to domestic and international students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. These scholarships are designed to help students make the right decisions for their academic future and provide financial support to focus on studying for a career they love.

  • Scholarship Stipend Value: Up to 30% of total tuition costs
  • Degree Program: Undergraduate and postgraduate
  • Available in: Brisbane campuses
  • Host: Torrens University Australia
  • Citizen type: International students
  • Award Duration: 1 EFTSL over a 12-month study period
  • Application Periods: 2024 intakes

Eligibility Criteria

To Be Eligible, Applicants Must

  • Be new international students commencing their studies at our Brisbane campuses in 2024
  • Meet academic conditions for the Design, Business, and Health merit scholarships
  • Be from selected regions (regional scholarships)
  • Maintain a full-time study load, 1 EFTSL over a 12-month study period, to maintain their scholarship
  • Scholarship applicable on tuition fee only and on first attempt subjects
  • Full price charged on retake subjects if previously failed
  • Scholarship may not be eligible for any course changes during the duration of study
  • Students must display an IELTS (or equivalent) 6.5 overall band above the entry requirements
  • Display a minimum of a credit average in previous studies completed (for undergraduate students, this refers to previous high school studies, and for postgraduate students, this refers to a previous bachelor's degree)
