Job Title: New build Plumbers
Location: PE28
Contract Type: Self-Employed
Duration: Initial 6-month contract with potential for extension
Positions Available: 2–3
Rate: Price work - c£1000 per week

About the Role
We are seeking experienced Plumbers with Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) experience to join a high-quality residential housing project based in PE28.
Working on a prestigious high-specification housing development, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional installation standards across all plumbing and heating works. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled installers who take pride in producing first-class workmanship within a professional site environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Installation of Air Source Heat Pump systems.
- Radiator installation, pipework and system balancing.
- 1st fix plumbing installations.
- 2nd fix plumbing works.
- Installation and final fixing of sanitaryware.
- Guttering and rainwater goods installation.
- Final finishing works to ensure properties are ready for handover.
- Carry out testing, commissioning and fault finding where required.
- Ensure all work complies with current Building Regulations requirements and manufacturer specifications.
- Complete all required documentation accurately.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards on site.
- Work collaboratively with Site Managers, Supervisors and other trades to ensure programme deadlines are achieved.
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
- Experience installing Air Source Heat Pumps
- Experience on new build or high-spec residential developments.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Own tools and transport.
- Ability to read drawings and installation specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- CSCS card
Desirable
- Unvented Hot Water Certificate (G3).
- Manufacturer ASHP training (MCS-approved desirable).
- Water Regulations qualification.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Successful candidates will be expected to consistently achieve:
- Complete allocated plots in line with the construction programme.
- Maintain 100% compliance with health & safety procedures.
- Complete commissioning paperwork and quality records accurately and on time.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction during snagging and handover.
- Keep call-backs and remedial visits to an absolute minimum.
- Work collaboratively to ensure project milestones and handover dates are achieved.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for reliable, professional installers who take ownership of their work, communicate effectively with colleagues and site management, and consistently deliver a high standard of installation. Candidates should be confident working independently while contributing positively to the wider site team.
