New Business Account Executive (Cyber Security)

Location: St Albans (Hybrid)
Type: Full-time
Reports to: Regional Sales Director
Salary: Competitive + Uncapped Commission

Peritus Cloud Security is a fast-growing independent cybersecurity consultancy helping organisations reduce cyber risk through expert advisory services, managed security offerings and market-leading technology partnerships.

We work with organisations including Rightmove, The Telegraph and Wise and are investing heavily in our people, services and partnerships.

The Opportunity

We're recruiting two New Business Account Executives to join our growing commercial team.

This is a genuine new business hunter role. You'll be expected to create opportunities, build your own pipeline and win new customers. If you're looking for an account management position or a role built around existing accounts, this isn't it.

Typical deal values range from £20,000 to £750,000+, with many customers choosing multi-year managed service agreements.

What Success Looks Like

  • Building relationships with CIOs, CISOs and IT Directors
  • Creating and qualifying new opportunities
  • Running discovery meetings
  • Developing commercial solutions
  • Negotiating and closing business
  • Building a predictable sales pipeline
  • Becoming a trusted advisor to customers

We're Looking For

We're looking for ambitious, commercially driven sales professionals who want to build a successful career in enterprise cybersecurity sales.

  • 2+ years' experience in B2B technology sales
  • A genuine passion for winning new business
  • Experience selling cybersecurity, cloud, SaaS or managed services is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • A positive attitude, resilience and determination to succeed
  • A genuine entrepreneurial mindset
