Enterprise Sales Huntington (New Business) – EMEA (Remote x Office-Based)
About the Role
Lansweeper’s New Business team is accelerating its success—this is a brand-new role, created to solidify a high-performing sales motion as we transition from a product-led sales model to a consultative, top-down enterprise approach. Your core mission is to generate and close net-new enterprise business across organizations with 1,000+ employees in EMEA, owning the full sales cycle—outbound, inbound, and channel leads—while targeting IT and Security leaders (CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors) who require total asset visibility.
In year one, your target is to build toward $600K ARR, ramping toward a $1M annual quota.
Key Challenges
- Building an outbound motion from scratch: You’ll help turn outbound from a nascent effort into a structured engine. The team excels in pipeline creation but lacks refined outbound processes—so you’ll need to energize around building systems, not just following them.
- Shifting conversations to consultative selling: Historically, Lansweeper has thrived on product-led transactions. Now, you’ll need to elevate discussions—transforming what started as a $3K request for a subsidiary into a strategic six-figure deal by engaging the right executive stakeholders.
- Demanding outbound consistency: Reaching target executives systematically across 5,000–20,000-employee companies works, but requires relentless execution. Balancing 30–50 active opportunities alongside day-to-day outbound actions is non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
- Close net-new enterprise deals: Own the full cycle for target accounts (1,000+ employees), from initial outreach to signed contract.
- Execute structured outbound motion:
- Target high-value accounts (>5,000–20,000 employees) in key verticals (manufacturing, financial services, etc.)
- Leverage intent signals and champion movements for opportunistic outbound.
- Engage C-level stakeholders:
- Spearhead top-down sales conversations with CIOs, CISOs, and IT Directors.
- Position Lansweeper’s AI-powered Cyber Asset Intelligence platform as a strategic enterprise solution, not just a feature request.
- Qualify and upsell inbound/channel leads:
- Expand deal size by identifying global opportunities within accounts originally initiating engagement from subsidiaries alone.
- Collaborate with marketing & refine the playbook:
- Contribute to outbound campaigns (re-engagement of past champions, closed-lost leads).
- Help maturity the outbound strategy as the team’s muscle builds.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Requirements
Hard Skills
- Full-cycle SaaS sales experience: 2+ years of proven success in new business account management, closing $25K–$600K+ ACV deals.
- Outbound expertise: Fluent in self-generating pipeline, not just coordinated inbound queues.
- Mother tongue/proficiency: German strongly preferred; otherwise, French, Spanish, or Italian. English-only candidates will not advance.
- Enterprise account experience: Track record in selling to mid-market to enterprise-scale organizations (1,000–20,000 employees) and navigating complex buying committees.
- Sales tool proficiency: Experience with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and modern sequencing tools (Outreach, Salesloft, etc.).
- Channel awareness: Ability to leverage ISVs and partners for deal sourcing and acceleration.
Soft Skills
- Resilience & consistency: Tenacity to show up daily and deliver regardless of process perfection.
- Builder mindset: Thrives on greenfield opportunities and is energized by developing new processes—not just executing existing ones.
- Commercial creativity: Can spot potential—e.g., translating a $3K asset request into a six-figure global deal story.
AI-Specific Knowledge
Lansweeper is AI-native: You’re expected to integrate AI tools into your daily workflow—not treat it as an additive but rather a core capability. Criteria include:
- Active use of AI assistants (e.g., Claude) for account research, stakeholder context prep, and hyper-personalized outbound messages.
- Experience building lightweight AI workflows or automations for outbound execution.
