Office-Based | Greater Manchester

£30,000 - £35,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (Realistic £45,000 - £50,000 OTE Year One)

If you're an ambitious B2B salesperson who enjoys winning new business but is frustrated at handing your customers over once the deal is done, this could be exactly the opportunity you've been looking for.

Our client is a highly successful technology business with almost 30 years of experience supplying IT hardware and technology solutions to organisations throughout the UK. As the business continues to grow, they're looking to recruit two ambitious New Business Account Managers to help drive the next phase of that growth.

Unlike many sales organisations, the customers you win remain your customers. Rather than passing new business to another team, you'll continue developing those relationships, identifying additional opportunities and building a valuable portfolio of long-term clients that directly influences both your earnings and career progression.

The Role

Working from the company's modern offices in Greater Manchester, you'll focus initially on generating and winning new business with organisations throughout the UK.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
