Uncapped Commission | Fast-Growing IoT Connectivity Business | [Location]

Ready to sell something that actually matters?

We're on a serious growth curve, and we need a driven, consultative sales pro to help us keep the momentum going. If you love the thrill of the chase, get a buzz from closing deals, and want to be part of something bigger than a job — keep reading.

We provide IoT Multi-Network SIM solutions that power critical business applications across a huge range of industries. Every day, our tech keeps things running — securely, reliably, and resiliently. Now we want you to help us bring even more businesses on board.

The Role

As our New Business Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our new revenue growth. You'll hunt down opportunities, build a pipeline, and win over customers who need connectivity they can actually rely on. Once they're onboard, you won't just walk away — you'll grow those relationships and turn one-off wins into long-term, recurring revenue.

This role is a great next step if you're currently in telesales and ready to level up — taking on fuller ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting right through to closing and managing your own accounts.

This isn't cold-calling into a void. You'll work consultatively, understanding what makes each customer tick, and recommending solutions that genuinely solve their problems. That's the kind of selling that feels good — and pays well.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prospecting, networking, and generating your own leads across a mix of channels — calls, email, LinkedIn, and more — you're in control of your pipeline
  • Running engaging customer meetings, presentations, and demos
  • Diagnosing customer challenges and pitching tailored IoT connectivity solutions
  • Putting together quotes, proposals, and commercial agreements
  • Negotiating and closing new business
  • Smashing monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Nurturing your new accounts to unlock more revenue down the line

Your first 6 months will be heavily focused on new business — around 70% prospecting, 30% account management — so you can build a strong pipeline and hit the ground running. After that, it shifts to a 50/50 split, giving you a healthy balance of winning new logos and growing the accounts you've already brought on board.

What We're Looking For

You'll need:

  • A track record of winning B2B new business
  • Sharp prospecting, negotiation, and closing instincts
  • Great communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence managing a pipeline and CRM
  • A results-driven, commercially-minded approach
  • Full UK driving licence

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in telecoms, IoT, connectivity, mobile data, or managed tech solutions
  • Knowledge of IoT devices, M2M communications, or Multi-Network SIM technology

You are: motivated, target-driven, resilient, and genuinely curious about tech. You bring energy to a room, you're organized enough to keep your pipeline healthy, and you actually enjoy the consultative side of sales — not just the close.

This role is a great next step if you're currently in telesales and ready to level up — taking on fuller ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting right through to closing and managing your own accounts.

Why You'll Love It Here

  • We're growing fast, which means real opportunities to grow with us — not just a job description that stays the same for five years.
  • Uncapped commission — your earning potential is entirely up to you with an OTE of £45,000
  • Competitive basic salary and company pension
  • Generous holiday entitlement
  • Ongoing training to keep you sharp on product and industry knowledge
  • Genuine career progression in an expanding technology business
  • A workplace that doesn't take itself too seriously — think pool table, darts, and regular nights out with a genuinely great bunch of people
  • A team that celebrates wins together and has your back when it's tough

The Bigger Picture

You'll be helping organizations across countless industries implement the connectivity that powers their critical operations. It's meaningful work, in a market that's only getting bigger — and you'll be right at the centre of our growth story.
