The Opportunity
We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven New Business Sales Executive to join our growing Commercial Sales team.
This is a true field sales role where you'll take ownership of the full sales cycle—from generating new opportunities and building relationships through to delivering demos, negotiating and closing business.

You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales Development, Pre-Sales and Customer Success while building your own pipeline and helping organisations find the right HCM solutions for their business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Winning new business across your territory by identifying opportunities and building relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to signed contracts, while maintaining a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasts using Salesforce.
- Delivering a consultative sales approach, understanding customer challenges and demonstrating how IRIS solutions can add real business value.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer journey from first conversation through to implementation.
What We're Looking For
You'll have a proven track record in new business software or SaaS sales, with experience managing longer, consultative sales cycles and selling to multiple stakeholders.

We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, confident building relationships, organised in their approach and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets. Experience with Salesforce and sales methodologies such as MEDDICC would be advantageous.
