This role can be both Coventry or London based.

About the team:

The Categories team within Argos Commercial & Digital is responsible for identifying, developing and launching new product ranges across multiple categories. Working collaboratively with suppliers and internal departments, the team ensures commercially strong, customer-focused propositions reach market efficiently.

More about the role:

As a New Business Coordinator, you will manage the administrative engine behind supplier onboarding, SKU setup and range development. You will track timelines, maintain documentation, schedule stakeholder meetings and support project progression from concept to launch. You will help deliver key metrics by ensuring smooth coordination and strong communication across the business.

You will be highly organised, proactive, and effective at managing multiple tasks. You will bring strong communication skills and the ability to work confidently with suppliers and internal teams. Your experience in buying, merchandising, account management or similar environments will help you support cross‑functional projects and keep priorities moving.

Essential criteria:

• Previous buying, merchandising or account management experience

• Ability to build positive relationships and to interact directly with external suppliers

• Coordination of administrative and project‑related tasks

• Forward planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage time and conflicting priorities effectively

• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders

• Maintain accurate records and documentation
