New Business Development Executive
Our client, a market leading engineering company is looking for a B2B New Business Development Executive to join their successful sales team in Southampton.
If you’re a successful B2B New Business Development Executive or eager to learn and start a career in facilities engineering this is a fantastic opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers across diverse industries
- Cultivate new business opportunities for existing and prospective clients
- Build and nurture business relationships
- Engage with decision-makers and closing deals
- Understand customer needs and providing effective solutions
- Create and execute lead generation strategies
- Schedule appointments for sales engineering appointments
- Achieving revenue based targets

Essential Experience:
- At least 1 years’ experience in B2B sales; engineering background advantageous
- Eagerness to learn and develop a deep understanding of facility engineering solutions
- Ability to analyse market trends and customer feedback to enhance sales strategies
- Strong team leadership and collaboration skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle is desirable but not essential
