New Business Development Executive

Our client, a market leading engineering company is looking for a B2B New Business Development Executive to join their successful sales team in Southampton.

If you’re a successful B2B New Business Development Executive or eager to learn and start a career in facilities engineering this is a fantastic opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential customers across diverse industries
  • Cultivate new business opportunities for existing and prospective clients
  • Build and nurture business relationships
  • Engage with decision-makers and closing deals
  • Understand customer needs and providing effective solutions
  • Create and execute lead generation strategies
  • Schedule appointments for sales engineering appointments
  • Achieving revenue based targets

Essential Experience:

  • At least 1 years’ experience in B2B sales; engineering background advantageous
  • Eagerness to learn and develop a deep understanding of facility engineering solutions
  • Ability to analyse market trends and customer feedback to enhance sales strategies
  • Strong team leadership and collaboration skills to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle is desirable but not essential
