Company Description Golden Goose, established in 2002, is the UK’s leading boutique brand licensing consultancy, partnering with brand owners, retailers, and manufacturers to create revenue-generating licensed products that build brand equity.
The company provides a bespoke service, developing tailored licensing strategies for each brand while assigning a dedicated account team to manage relationships and execution. Senior-level account directors bring extensive licensing experience across global brands and multiple territories, supported by robust processes and templates suited to large corporates. Golden Goose’s mission is to work with brands it admires, deepen consumer affinity, and drive increased brand equity and revenue, while protecting and enriching every brand it represents.
Role Description This internship role for a New Business Development Executive is an on-site position based in Islington.

The intern will:
- Support the identification and qualification of new business opportunities, including researching prospective clients, sectors, and licensing categories.
- Assist with:
- Lead generation activities
- Preparing outreach materials
- Contributing to sales presentations and proposals
- Support account management by:
- Maintaining accurate records
- Updating CRM data
- Coordinating follow-up communication with potential and existing clients
- Collaborate closely with the consultancy team to help develop business development strategies, attending internal meetings and contributing to reporting and performance tracking.

Qualifications Candidates should demonstrate:
- Demonstrated interest or foundational experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Strong communication skills, engaging professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of Account Management and Sales processes, ideally within a marketing, licensing, or consultancy environment.
- Excellent analytical and research abilities, including proficiency with common office software and online research tools.
- Organisation, detail orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative on projects.
- Advantageous: A relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Eligibility to work on-site in Islington and commit to the full duration of the internship.
