High Growth Ecommerce Business - New Business Development Manager - Home-Working with regular travel to Yorkshire and London

Futures are delighted to be partnering with a high-growth ecommerce business that works with some of the world's leading FMCG brands, helping them accelerate their direct-to-consumer and marketplace strategy.

With a turnover of £350 million and 20% year-on-year growth, the business has become a trusted partner to global consumer goods companies, managing their presence across leading marketplaces.

Reporting directly to the Growth Director, this is a pure new business role where you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging and winning new FMCG clients. You'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and generating leads through to presenting solutions, negotiating commercial agreements and securing long-term partnerships.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business experiencing significant growth, where you'll have the autonomy to make an impact while working with some of the biggest consumer brands across the UK and Europe. Whilst experience within ecommerce or D2C isn't essential, you'll receive full training on the company's services and marketplace offering.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
