Creideas is hiring for a New Business Development Manager in Rochdale. The role is on a permanent basis with excellent benefits.
The Role
An established and well-respected family-run business in Rochdale is looking to appoint a New Business Development Manager (Internal) to join their growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, results-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, opening doors to new clients, and playing a key role in growing market presence. Working closely with the Managing Director and wider sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and booking high-quality appointments for the MD to attend. This is an office-based role where you’ll have real influence on business growth and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients
- Generate and qualify leads, booking appointments for the Managing Director
- Support the company’s sales and marketing strategy to enhance market presence
- Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline using CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Work collaboratively with the existing sales team to drive results
Salary
£30,000-£35,000 DOE, plus attractive bonus
Working Hours
9.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday, office based. Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership team. Long-term career development within a growing organisation.

The Individual
We’re looking for people who have:
- Proven experience in business development, internal sales, or sales management
- Background in a related industry is highly desirable
- Strong strategic mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport at all levels
- Results-driven with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes
- Well organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Confident using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
