New Business Development Representative (HF1320958) Romford | £32,000 + £125,000 OTE In-person interview date: 7th July

What You’ll Do Research and identify potential customers across target markets Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns and social outreach Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for senior sales colleagues Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity Build rapport with key stakeholders and decision-makers Consistently achieve and exceed activity and performance targets What You’ll Bring Strong communication and relationship-building skills Motivation to succeed in a target-driven environment Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers Resilience, initiative and a positive attitude Previous sales, customer service, retail or hospitality experience is welcomed What You’ll Get £32,000 + £125,000 OTE Industry-leading training and coaching Clear progression opportunities into senior sales roles Supportive and collaborative team culture Performance incentives and recognition programmes
