About the Company
Our client is a high-growth B2B advertising technology business helping marketers reach the right buyers at the right time through audience insights, omnichannel digital activation, actionable analytics, and expert customer service.
The business has experienced continuous growth and is now expanding its UK team across several key functions. Their technology offering includes a first-party business database, a full ad tech stack, and a deep analytics platform, enabling transparent, data-led marketing solutions across Europe, North America, and APAC.
Entrepreneurship sits at the heart of the business, so they are looking for an agile, solution-oriented sales professional with a strong track record and an established network across UK and European B2B marketing teams.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Director to join the EMEA Commercial team and play a key role in driving continued growth across EMEA-based clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, winning, and growing high-value client accounts, working closely with senior stakeholders across enterprise and mid-market businesses.

The role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and win new business across UK and EMEA-based B2B marketing teams.
- Identify and target high-value accounts, presenting tailored solutions aligned to client needs.
- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across enterprise and mid-tier client accounts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Cross-sell and upsell additional products and services to existing clients.
- Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Lead commercial negotiations and close complex, high-value deals.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activity.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts.
- Track sales performance, client interactions, and market feedback, providing regular reporting to senior management.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience selling into B2B marketing teams across the UK and/or EMEA.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, advertising, and digital media solutions.
- Established relationships with senior stakeholders across enterprise and mid-market client accounts.
- A strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals and driving consistent revenue growth.
- Proactive hunter mentality with the ability to hit the ground running.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
