New Business Executive Wigan (Hybrid Available) Up to £30,000 + Career Progression.

The specialist finance market is evolving and so are we.

At Edgehill Property Finance, we’re building a business that’s focused on doing things differently. We specialise in Bridging Finance, Development Finance, Commercial Mortgages, Buy-to-Let and Specialist Property Finance, helping investors and developers secure funding quickly and with confidence.

As demand continues to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious New Business Executive to become the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in converting enquiries into completed deals.

The Role

You’ll be the first person our clients speak to.

You’ll understand their requirements, ask the right questions, qualify opportunities and work alongside our brokers to ensure every deal starts in the best possible position.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
