Role Overview:
As the New Business Manager within our UK and Ireland operation, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities to expand our market presence across our brand portfolio. This role has a sole focus on new business acquisition, from initial prospecting through to contract agreement. Once new business has been successfully won and onboarded, responsibility for the ongoing relationship and account development will be formally handed over to the Account Management team. This enables continued focus on pipeline growth and new customer acquisition. The role supports growth across key accounts and distributor channels, driving diversification in customer and product mix, and supporting breakout strategies into new and expanding segments and routes to market.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in new business development, sales, or marketing within hospitality/food service
- Good knowledge of coffee industry trends, materials, and product applications
- Experience interpreting sales performance data and market trends
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of coffee/beverage systems, or comparable foodservice equipment
- Ability to translate technical product features into commercial value for customers and partners
- Experience using sales management tools to manage pipeline and performance
- Sound knowledge of installation and servicing principles to support customer and distributor discussions
- Understanding of route to market models, including direct, distributor, and key account structures
- Capable of developing and delivering product and sales training to distributors, partners, and customers
- Ability to create effective cross-functional collaboration across commercial, service, and marketing teams
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing new business strategies, including market entry, expansion, and growth initiatives
- Strong communicator and team player - able to clearly present updates, insights, and recommendations to the wider sales team and senior leadership team
